Located at 141 Prince Street in New York City, this project involved targeted LL11 hazardous façade repairs based on engineer-issued plans. Royal Concrete & Masonry was engaged to address critical exterior conditions and restore the building envelope to a safe and compliant standard.
The scope of work included selective brick replacement and extensive mortar joint routing and repointing to reinforce the structural integrity of the façade. Lintel replacements were performed at designated window openings, followed by surface preparation and protective coating of both lintels and window frames to prevent future deterioration.
Additional restoration efforts included localized stone and bluestone repairs, ensuring consistency in both performance and appearance across the façade. All work was executed in accordance with strict safety and compliance requirements, including tenant protection measures, controlled access via suspended and supported scaffolding systems, and detailed coordination with engineering inspections throughout the process.
This project reflects Royal’s precision-driven approach to façade restoration, combining technical execution, safety compliance, and efficient delivery in complex urban environments.
