Spanning the full block of Madison Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets, 437 Madison Avenue rises forty stories above a landscaped plaza in Manhattan's Plaza District and is home to the offices of Sage. Here, Royal carried out a comprehensive roof replacement project consisting of 18,000 square feet of main, mezzanine and lower roofs. Royal performed a new traffic coating on the main roof, Hanover Guardian paver systems, a new concrete runway, upgraded drains, and heavy steel dunnage repairs. Royal completed this project whilst keeping the building fully protected from the weather throughout construction.
