Rising above Tribeca at 56 Leonard Street, the Jenga Building is one of New York City's most recognizable modern landmarks, known for its stacked, cantilevered floors designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Royal was brought in to perform the Local Law 11 restoration work and restore the concrete across these signature cantilevered elements. The team repaired spalls and hairline cracks throughout, carefully matching the existing finish so the repairs blend seamlessly into the facade. The result is a safer structure that keeps the visual continuity this architectural icon is known for.
